Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions set out the basis on which we supply products (“Products”) to you through our website. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By ordering any Products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. How the Contract Is Formed

a) When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This does not mean your order has been accepted.
b) Your order constitutes an offer to purchase Products from us.
c) A contract is formed only when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched (“Dispatch Confirmation”).
d) The contract applies only to the Products listed in the Dispatch Confirmation.

3. Delivery

a) Most orders placed before 1:30pm Monday to Friday are shipped using DPD next working day delivery.
b) Orders placed at weekends are dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
c) If you provide an email address or mobile number, DPD will send delivery tracking information including a one-hour delivery window.
d) Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and the Channel Islands are typically sent using a two-day service.
e) Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your Products, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To cancel:

  • You must inform us within 14 days of receipt

  • You must return the Products in the same condition as received, with original packaging

  • You are responsible for the cost and risk of return

You must take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. We may reduce a refund if the Products are returned in a condition that indicates use beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

5. Availability

All Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend Products without notice.

6. Risk and Ownership

a) Products are at your risk from the time of delivery.
b) Ownership of Products passes to you only when we have received full payment, including delivery charges.

7. Prices and Payment

a) Prices are shown on the website and include VAT at the prevailing rate unless stated otherwise.
b) Delivery charges are added at checkout.
c) Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.
d) Payment must be made using the payment methods offered at checkout.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. Please refer to that policy for full details.

Refunds are normally issued using the original payment method.

9. Product Warranties

Products supplied by us are of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose in accordance with UK consumer law.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modification, or failure to follow instructions.

10. Our Liability

a) Our liability for any loss or damage suffered by you as a result of our breach of contract is limited to the purchase price of the Product.
b) Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Any matter which cannot legally be excluded

c) We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of income or profits

  • Loss of business

  • Loss of data

  • Waste of management time

11. Overseas Orders

If you order Products for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes. You are responsible for payment of any such charges and for complying with local laws and regulations.

12. Communications

You agree that we may communicate with you electronically by email or through notices posted on our website. This satisfies any legal requirement for communications to be in writing.

13. Notices

All notices to us must be sent to info@aguriworld.co.uk Notices to you will be sent to the contact details provided when placing your order.

14. Transfer of Rights

We may transfer our rights and obligations under this contract at any time. You may not transfer your rights without our written consent.

15. Events Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport disruption, or failure of telecommunications networks.

16. Waiver and Severability

Failure by us to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with any policies referred to within them, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. You will be subject to the Terms in force at the time you place your order.

19. Speed Camera Database Updates

Where Products include free lifetime speed camera database updates, “lifetime” refers to the useful life of the Product. This depends on technical capability, memory capacity, and availability of third-party data.

Updates may cease if:

  • The Product has not been updated for 24 months

  • Technical limitations prevent further updates

  • Third-party data providers discontinue services

Lifetime subscriptions are non-transferable unless agreed by Aguri.

20. Klarna Payments

We work with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, to offer payment options including Pay in 3 and Pay Later. Klarna’s terms apply when choosing these options.

21. Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
