Returns & Refunds Policy
We hope you’ll be pleased with your purchase from Aguri Limited. However, we understand that occasionally you may need to return an item. Please read the information below carefully to understand how returns and refunds are handled.
Before Returning Any Item (Important)
Before sending anything back to us, please contact our team to obtain a returns authorisation. This helps us ensure your return is logged correctly and prevents items from being delayed or lost.

Returns sent without prior authorisation may be delayed or refused.
Items Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as possible and within 24 hours of delivery at the very latest.
Items must be returned:

In their original packaging

With all accessories, cables, and documentation included
Once the item has been received and inspected, we will arrange either:

A replacement, or
-
A full refund to your original payment method
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept damage claims reported outside the 24-hour window.
Items Faulty on Arrival
If an item is faulty when you first receive it, please inform us within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Returned items should be sent back:

With all supplied accessories and documentation
Once the fault has been confirmed by our technicians, we will offer:

A replacement, or

A full refund to your original payment method
All returned items are tested. If no fault is found, the item will be returned to you and you will be responsible for the return carriage cost. The item will not be re-sent until this cost has been paid.
Items Faulty During the Warranty Period
If your product develops a fault after 14 days, but is still within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair.
In some cases, where a repair is not economically viable, we may provide a replacement instead.

We will cover the cost of sending the repaired or replacement item back to you
Warranty does not cover faults caused by misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorised modification.
If You Change Your Mind
If you decide that you no longer want an item, you have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Inform us of your decision within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods

Obtain a returns authorisation before sending the item back

Return the item within a further 14 calendar days, at your own expense
Items must be:

Complete with original packaging, accessories, and documentation

Issue a partial refund

Apply a restocking fee

Refuse a refund where items are not returned in ‘as new’ condition
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item and cover the product cost only. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

We strongly recommend using a secure, tracked delivery service, as items remain your responsibility until received by us.
